Examine the NK2 file of Outlook address autocomplete, and export the data.

Every time you send a new mail message in your Outlook client, the addresses you type in the 'To' and 'Cc' are automatically inserted into the AutoComplete list, so that the next time you use the program you won't have to memorize them when retyping.

The Outlook autocomplete file is stored in [Your Profile]\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook, and always saved with the profile name and .NK2 extension. This program, called NK2View, can be used to read the .NK2 autocomplete file, and shows all the addresses stored in it. With NK2View you can also export this information to text/html/xml format files.
